Does anyone know where I can get a free Invision Power Board for my site's forum. I love the look of TPP and want it to be the same for my Harry Potter RPG but SMF does not look at professional as this.

TPP is ran on IPB 2.*, which costs money. So unless you get an illegal copy, you won't get the exact look that TPP has. There's sites like invisionfree, spreebb etc. (There's a ton, google should give you some great results) that will host IPB 1.3 for you. But that means you only have board and Admin CP access, and no access to the PHP files. I'd take a look at ipbfree.com if I were you. They've re-designed their skin to make it look like IPB 2.0, even though it runs on 1.3.
You used to be able to download 1.3 for free, but when they came out with 2.0 they stopped allowing the download, and it's actually illegal to distribute the files now.

If you already have a copy of IPB 1.3.1 you are still allowed to use/install it etc. Though I would recommend getting an IP.Board License for 2.3.x as IPB is a whole load securer, more mods are available and they're easier to install.

Rich is right. IPB1.3 is a very unstable and outdated forum system. If someone else is hosting it, then they will have added their own security patches to stop attackers. Hosting an unpatched version yourself wouldn't be a very good idea.
I suggest looking at MyBB or SMF though. They're both great forum systems, and a free download too. IPB is great, but if you don't have $160 to fork over for a license, then you're better off with one of them if you want to host it.
