Its last wk at school and my friend and me have decided to put a year book together online for our school only. How would we go about doing this? We have no idea where to start and it needs to be done fast

It is probably very possible that you can create a PHP Code to create a year-book type thing online, but i think that it would take too long.

I think that it all depends on what you want to put in the year-book, if you just want to put pictures of each of the students with their name under them, it may take alot of work but you could probably make a table thingy to where you can make it kind of look like a book by adding some images around it etc.... and make the images and text (if necissary) fit into the image that looks like a book and you can make the bottom corners links to turn the page..

or you can try and make something in flash that is similar to his, except without all of the HTML coding and a clean flash template...

i dunno, just my crazy idea. if i ever get bored tonight i can create the table that represents my idea with some images that may give you a better idea than my crapy description

there's my even crappier example of what i was talking about <_< lol

That looks pretty cool actually. I have a hate for tables, but just personal preference of course.

For the CMS, or if you don't us one, you could write (or get someone to write) and PHP Pagination script. Then add all the images/data into a database, and boom it's automatically there. And, it would make the < and > links work without making a new page. :D
